Who benefits from strength and conditioning?

 

Strength and Conditioning is a a great way to transform your body and mental stamina and achieve great results whether you are an athlete or amateur, expert, or just starting to work out.  It encompasses so much more than just lifting weights and focuses on a variety of tools to improve movement, health and physical performance. 

Proper strength and conditioning allows you to strengthen supporting muscles, even out muscle imbalances, increase mobility, correct posture, stabilize joints, and enhance coordination and peripheral skills.  Specifically it increases muscle strength and muscle endurance!

Strong muscles help you feel stronger and more confident, improving self esteem and the ability to manage stress better.  This type of training is a great way to build up your mental and physical well being.  

The CDC reported that 66% of Americans are either overweight or obese. Approximately 50% of people are physically inactive.

Issues it can help deal with are: Depression, Chronic Pain, Anxiety, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Adult Classes are Mon/Weds/Friday

Youth Classes are Tues/Thurs
