Personal Training


Your Warriors' Call personal training session is conducted by Juris (aka J.J.) a certified International Sports Science Association (ISSA) Master Trainer. During this time, J.J. will work with you to develop a personalized fitness plan based on your goals, fitness level, and any health concerns. He will lead you through a series of exercises and provide guidance on proper form, technique, and breathing.

Our personal training sessions are tailored to your individual needs and can include a variety of activities such as cardio, strength training, flexibility, and balance exercises. 


Also as a certified nutrition specialist, JJ, may also provide nutritional advice and lifestyle coaching to help you achieve your goals.

Personal training sessions will take place in and at times around Warriors' Call Boxing Club. The frequency and duration of personal training sessions can vary depending on your goals, schedule, and budget.

Overall, your Warriors' Call personal training session is an opportunity for you to receive personalized fitness guidance and support to help you achieve all your fitness and mental well being goals.
