Kickboxing Conditioning (Feb.2021)

 

Kickboxing Conditioning is a one hour strength and cardio conditioning program for men and women who  are seeking the "workout of a champion" utilizing basic boxing and kickboxing techniques.  Burn up to 1,000 calories an hour and destress yourself at the same time. 

 

 Your training consists of a warm up, jumping rope, shadow boxing, speed and strength training, heavy bag training, partner drills, and a cool down. It aims to improve speed, strength, aerobic and anaerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
